Removal of trees from the site- a necessary event, it is no less important than cutting down dangerous and emergency green spaces, crowning and pruning branches. Safety is the most basic reason for removing unwanted objects, and cleaning often means only cutting the trunk into easy-to-carry fragments. But the process does not end there. Often in summer cottages and in fruitful gardens there are plants infected with all kinds of viruses, affected by a fungus, or are distributors of harmful insects. In this case, the wood not removed in time will cause irreparable harm to the rest of the surrounding plantations. Burning it right on the site is also an unsafe method of cleaning, it harms the soil and the atmosphere, and besides, it is forbidden to do this for fire safety purposes.

Safe Tree Cleaning Schemes

  • The service for cleaning an unnecessary tree or shrub consists primarily in drawing up a work plan. Even if this tree is one, the specialist must still assess the situation and the scale of the entire process. It is possible that the plant will need only pruning of branches or tops, and not complete removal.
  • An important part of tree harvesting is to determine The right way their removal and how it will happen. You can get rid of an unnecessary plant: by manual, chemical and mechanical methods. The specialist must choose the optimal type of work, taking into account:
  1. soil features;
  2. terrain landscape;
  3. presence near buildings, communications, roadway;
  4. the dimensions of the site and the proximity of other objects;
  5. natural slope of the trunk;
  6. the number of objects to be deleted;
  7. degree of wood damage;
  8. possible risk during removal;
  9. the way in which the removal will be carried out and the necessary equipment;
  10. is it possible for special equipment to enter the territory;
  11. turnaround time;
  12. the feasibility of the chosen method;
  13. disposal methods, etc.
  • After clarification of all the nuances of the process, a detailed estimate for the conduct of work is drawn up, where all of the above items are fully signed and, importantly, the final amount of the cost of removing the object is approved with the customer.
  • After the blockage of the tree in the chosen way, the trunk is sawn into digestible fragments, the top and branches are cut off. Required Tools for such work: a chainsaw, an ax and small cutting saws or hacksaws. Depending on how the further utilization of wood will take place, it is cut into pieces:
  1. Very often, the customer asks to cut the trunk and large branches so that in the future they can be used for firewood for a bathhouse or a home fireplace. Then the length of the pieces will be 35 - 50 cm.
  2. When cutting down large pines, spruces and other conifers, you can order the length of the pieces 4.5 - 6 meters. The trunks of such trees are often used for processing into commercial lumber, such as board, timber, and more.
  • The next step will be the disposal of logging residues. Without such a process, the work is not considered complete. After sawing the trunk and cutting out useful wood from it, suitable for further economic and aesthetic needs, parts of branches, crowns and small branches are collected in bags or knitted. Then it is all loaded into containers or a body and a tree harvester takes everything to a landfill or waste disposal site.

Cleaning up emergency trees

Protecting nature is our direct duty, that's what teachers told us at school. But what to do when the plants themselves become dangerous? The question is rhetorical, but still.

The Primary Responsibility of Public Services and city authorities ensuring the safety of its inhabitants! To date, there are quite a few specialized companies that provide services for cleaning trees to order, including our organization. Carrying out this kind of work is always associated with a certain risk, minimizing it is the task of true professionals. Also, qualified employees of the company always have a certificate for work and the process of cleaning the territory after sawing off a dangerous object is carried out at the proper level and in accordance with the norms of the law.

Complex of work performed

  • removal of emergency facilities that are located near power lines and other communications;
  • cleaning dangerous trees located near stationary or mobile buildings, residential buildings, office buildings and others;
  • felling, sawing and trimming of interfering objects and large branches by arborists with the help of special equipment and without it;
  • simply cutting dangerous branches that pose a threat to the safety of people and can lead to property damage;
  • uprooting of stumps that interfere with the passage or ennoblement of the territory;
  • cleaning and removal wood waste after sleeping.

Where to put the remaining branches, branches, foliage, etc.?

Proper cleaning and disposal of waste in the city means removing not only large fragments of the trunk and large branches, but also all leaves, twigs, small branches, soil and debris that remain after the removal process. Such waste can be processed using special shredders.

Do not throw away waste after removing the tree:

  • in collection systems
  • in rivers and other bodies of water,
  • leave at work site
  • bury,
  • burn in the city.

Depending on the type of tree, its waste can be used for wood production (if the objects are removed one-time in large quantities), as firewood (the “Treemaker” is ready to buy them regardless of the type of wood and take them out of the removal area on their own), for the manufacture of mulch and compost , which are excellent fertilizer for the soil.

"Treemaker" - a company with many years of experience in carrying out activities for the removal, sawing, felling, uprooting, sawing, trimming and harvesting of trees. We will also help you get rid of an unnecessary old stump or interfering shrubs. We carry out all work taking into account the norms and standards necessary in this matter, using proven equipment and serviceable equipment. Our experts will make detailed plan future works and advise how to properly carry them out in conditions of increased risk to prevent danger, draw up a detailed estimate, where all types of work will be scheduled. A separate item will be a complete cleaning of trees, the prices for this service will be included in the cost of complex removal.

When big family constantly lives in the summer in the country, the problem of accumulation of various household waste becomes tangible and involuntarily the question arises: "Where to put the waste in the country?" Everyone solves this problem in their own way. However, do not rush to part with this "good"

It is very annoying to see uprooted old currant bushes, cut branches of apple trees, tops of potatoes, tomatoes and other plant debris thrown out by negligent gardeners outside their site or on the edge of a nearby pine forest. Not only do such unfortunate gardeners pollute the environment, but they also spend labor on it, and damage their own garden plot, taking away very valuable organic matter from it with their own hands. This is especially harmful to do in the area where the soil is poor and very heavy.

Some summer residents prefer to process all the garbage on their own. suburban area. After all, all organic waste can and should be disposed of directly at their summer cottage, turning them into useful fertilizer.

  • For the processing of small plant residues, you can equip a special compost box made of boards 8 x 110 cm in size and 2 cm thick. Collapsible boxes, 1 meter high, are assembled without any fastening, the design is the simplest. For oxygen access to organics, a gap of 1 cm is made between the boards.
    A compost bin is more convenient than a compost pit - it is easier to put raw materials into it and get humus out.
    The compost bin is ideally placed in a darkened corner of the garden or garden, that is, where the lack of sunlight is not allowed to set up beds or arrange a greenhouse. There, put all the weeds remaining after pruning currants, raspberries, gooseberries and apple trees, small twigs, bushes of old strawberries, tops of root crops and other plant trifles. Vegetable and fruit peels, zucchini trimmings, watermelon peels, eggshells also go into compost. To prevent flies from breeding, such kitchen leftovers in the compost bin can be covered with some grass or other garden vegetable waste. It is very important to constantly make "layered cake". Each layer of green mass (25–30 cm thick) and food waste you need to sprinkle with lime (100 g) to achieve a neutral acidity of the compost. You can alternate layers of lime with ash, but do not add them at the same time. If there is a lot of green mass, then it is recommended to add a little superphosphate (100–150 g each). On many garden plots summer toilets are still widespread. Do not rush to get rid of human waste forever. In a properly laid compost, feces will not only not interfere, but will also come in handy. They will provide excellent fermentation, and now scarce manure will not be needed. The main condition is that such compost must mature for at least three years. Do not place faeces on top of the fresh grass layer, otherwise the process will "leak". It is best to lay them or mix them with dry peat, sawdust, leaves, which should be three times the volume. It is very good to add not completely burnt coals from a barbecue or stove.
    The compost bin needs to be emptied about once every 3-4 years. This is done, as a rule, in the spring and the completely rotted compost that has formed is immediately brought in for digging. If there is space, it is more convenient to have two boxes, fill them in turn and use up the compost gradually.
  • Food kitchen waste can be used to feed birds and other smaller brothers. All living creatures living nearby quickly get used to it. Meat and fish waste is taken away by the kite and magpies, the remnants of porridge and other side dishes are to the taste of sparrows and other small birds. A hedgehog passing by can also join the meal.
  • Larger plant residues can be processed into ash. To do this, you can use a bathhouse, if it is on the site, or you can adapt an old metal barrel for this, having previously drilled a couple of rows of holes in it at the bottom along the perimeter so that the traction is good. Here you can burn corn stalks, cut and pre-chopped large branches fruit trees and shrubs. In the same barrel, poorly burning plant residues can also be disposed of. These are cabbage and corn rhizomes, castor beans chopped into pieces, as well as tops of potatoes and tomatoes. All this is of little use in compost, but the resulting ash is a very valuable natural mineral fertilizer. Of course, these wastes do not burn well by themselves, so they need to be dried in the sun for some time. And everything is on fire!
  • To remove the roots of sawn old powerful apple trees, they can be dug 10-15 cm deep and cut down at this level, and the stump remaining in the depth can be split into pieces with an ax. Then fill the resulting hole with earth. After a year, it is already possible to plant potatoes here, and after a couple of years, all the roots remaining in the ground rot so much that even their trace is difficult to detect.
  • When it comes time to remove raspberries, currants, sea buckthorn and old fertile strawberries, the situation is even simpler - they can simply be cut or cut down at ground level and treated with an electric cultivator. The cutters of the cultivator perfectly grind small roots completely, and larger roots are simply thrown to the surface. They just need to be collected and burned. After such tillage in this place, you can immediately break up the bed and plant it with any garden crop.

like this simple methods you can solve the question: "What to do with waste in the country" - and not only reduce harm nature to a minimum, but even improve the structure of the soil in the garden, and therefore contribute to future good harvests!

A common question when developing bushy areas is what to do with brushwood and half-rotten trunks? In the worst case, they are simply burned or taken to a landfill ... as they say, "out of sight, out of mind." At best, they pass it through a crusher, getting a bunch of wood chips. If you have a powerful crusher and need mulch, this is not a bad option.

Usually, the burning of logging residues is justified by "putting things in order", eliminating the fire hazard, fighting pests and diseases ... In the mass consciousness, "garbage" is to be burned. Dot. If you agree, don't read further.

With the fire hazard, everything is clear ... Alas, bringing a match to a pile of brushwood is a "holy cause" for many of our fellow citizens. :-(I will not say anything about the damage to the soil from the "pioneer bonfires" ... and the arguments about the fertilizer value of the ash cause only a sad smile ...

Yes, calcium, silicon, phosphorus, potassium and trace elements remain in the ash... But all organic matter (together with nitrogen) mediocrely flies into the air. But this is "potential" humus ... Any gardener knows that you can not compare a handful of ash and a wheelbarrow of compost.

As for the fight against pests and diseases, allegedly massively multiplying in logging residues ... I also argue.

Crushing branches to obtain chips is justified by the convenience of using chips (there is no doubt) and the accelerated decomposition of wood. Yes, wood chips decompose about twice as fast as branches ... But the accelerated decomposition of wood "turns off" a huge number of ecological niches from the ecosystem ... This is achieved by monotonous work, 100 decibel noise and burning a canister or two of gasoline. There is, of course, less smoke than from a fire ... And organic matter (wood chips) goes "into business" ...

Alas, at the same time, a huge number of small animals and mushrooms are destroyed (and homeless). Those that lived in these very trunks and branches... turning them into humus... maintaining biological balance... It is worth mentioning that a good crusher costs as much as nice car... and a bad one - like a bad one :-) All household crushers (up to 20 hp) are suitable only for slowly grinding tops and soft twigs. Checked.

But there is another option for the disposal of brushwood, much more economical, as environmentally friendly as possible ... and even aesthetic :-) I will share our experience.

We have recently expanded the territory of the Botanical Garden 365 - we have acquired an adjacent plot, in some places densely overgrown with wild self-seeding trees and shrubs. After the initial clearing of the thorn and blackberry thickets (cuttings went into compost), the first year we observed the growth and condition of the trees on the new site. We looked at what could be included in the picture of the garden (leave it as it is, shape it, regraft...), and what should be removed (sick, superfluous, categorically not fit).

As a result, 20 percent of the existing plantations were left, the rest had to be cut down. It turned out about 5 cubic meters of excellent firewood (they were taken out), about 3 cubic meters of firewood "not very" (rotten, clumsy, thick ...) and a huge amount of brushwood ... The brushwood was immediately assembled into three piles, compacted, stacked more densely, filed with a chainsaw for better fit...

Yes, the place for each heap was chosen carefully. With the expectation that in three to five years each heap will turn into a good dump truck of "forest" humus. And in order not to carry branches too far ... And so that the heaps do not interfere with making priority plantings ... And do not interfere with mowing the shoots from the remaining stumps (and this will have to be done for two years).

Heaps of brushwood turned out to be quite large, the largest one is about 7m x 5m in plan and 1.5-2 meters high. They didn't look very aesthetic.

After we "walked" around the perimeter of the piles with secateurs and a chainsaw, giving them a more "rounded" shape, it became already beautiful :-) It took about 40 minutes. Quite such cute "hedgehogs" turned out. And the dimensions were reduced ... about half a meter on each side.
And it became very good when we overlaid the compacted brushwood with "defective" firewood, mossy stumps, hollow prunings. Now you can mow bushes and grass, coming close to the heaps, without risking breaking the line (and not hacking the gaping grass snake). It turned out quite nice "objects", land art in pure form... :-)

Plus - a huge number of shelters for small living creatures (from predatory mites, centipedes, wasps and ground beetles to ... mice, hedgehogs, snakes and lizards). Now everyone who used to live in the thickets (which we cleared) will run here in the spring...

Plus - places for disposal of kitchen and garden waste. In the middle of each pile there is a large nest-shaped depression so that fresh organic matter is not visible from the side.

Plus - "reserves" for the resettlement of mosses and lichens for new plantings (there are almost no mature trees left).

And in a few years, on the site of this "land art" (heaps to call the language does not turn), on a thick layer of loose woody compost, in partial shade between already grown trees, there will be ideal conditions for planting forest grasses and evergreen shrubs. For everything that needs "forest" conditions.

Yes, heaps can be of any shape, not necessarily rounded ... They can be made S-shaped, C-shaped, Y-shaped (top view) ... You can "fit" between the trees left, roads, etc.

You can form semi-shady "lulls" with good snow accumulation - excellent places for planting trees and shrubs in an open area.

And, of course, it is not at all necessary to cover heaps of brushwood with illiquid firewood. It is quite enough to "cut" and trim the edges.

We sowed or planted most of the plants in the spring and it seems that in the middle of summer we can already relax. But experienced gardeners know that July is the time for planting vegetables for a late harvest and the possibility of longer storage. This also applies to potatoes. Early summer potato crops are best used quickly, they are not suitable for long-term storage. But the second crop of potatoes is exactly what is needed for winter and spring consumption.

Astrakhan tomatoes ripen remarkably lying on the ground, but you should not repeat this experience in the Moscow region. Our tomatoes need support, support, a garter. My neighbors use all sorts of pegs, garters, loops, ready-made plant supports, and mesh fences. Each method of fixing the plant in an upright position has its own advantages and " side effects". I'll tell you how I place tomato bushes on trellises, and what comes of it.

Bulgur with pumpkin is a dish for every day, which is easy to prepare in half an hour. Bulgur is boiled separately, the cooking time depends on the size of the grains - whole and coarse grinding for about 20 minutes, fine grinding for just a few minutes, sometimes the cereal is simply poured with boiling water, like couscous. While the cereal is cooking, prepare the pumpkin in sour cream sauce and then combine the ingredients. If you replace ghee with vegetable oil, and sour cream with soy cream, then it can be included in the lenten menu.

Flies are a sign of unsanitary conditions and carriers of infectious diseases that are dangerous for both humans and animals. People are constantly looking for ways to get rid of nasty insects. In this article, we will talk about the Zlobny TED brand, which specializes in fly protection products and knows a lot about them. The manufacturer has developed a specialized line of drugs to get rid of flying insects anywhere quickly, safely and without extra costs.

summer months- flowering time of hydrangeas. This beautiful deciduous shrub is luxuriously fragrant with flowers from June to September. Florists willingly use large inflorescences for wedding decors and bouquets. To admire the beauty of a flowering hydrangea bush in your garden, you should take care of the proper conditions for it. Unfortunately, some hydrangeas do not bloom year after year, despite the care and efforts of gardeners. Why this happens, we will tell in the article.

Every summer resident knows that plants need nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium for full development. These are the three main macronutrients, the deficiency of which significantly affects appearance and yield of plants, and in advanced cases can lead to their death. But at the same time, not everyone understands the importance of other macro- and microelements for plant health. And they are important not only in themselves, but also for the effective absorption of the same nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.

Garden strawberries, or strawberries, as we used to call them, are one of the early fragrant berries that summer generously endows us with. How we rejoice in this harvest! In order for the "berry boom" to repeat every year, we need to take care of the care of the berry bushes in the summer (after the end of fruiting). The laying of flower buds, from which ovaries will form in spring, and berries in summer, begins approximately 30 days after the end of fruiting.

Spicy pickled watermelon is a savory snack for fatty meat. Watermelons and watermelon rinds have been pickled since time immemorial, but the process is laborious and time consuming. According to my recipe, it’s easy to cook pickled watermelon in 10 minutes, and it will be ready by the evening. spicy snack. The watermelon marinated with spices and chili is stored in the refrigerator for several days. Be sure to keep the jar in the refrigerator, not only for the sake of preservation - chilled, this snack is just licking your fingers!

Among the variety of species and hybrids of philodendrons, there are many plants, both gigantic and compact. But not a single species competes in unpretentiousness with the main modest - blushing philodendron. True, his modesty does not concern the appearance of the plant. Reddening stems and cuttings, huge leaves, long shoots, forming, although very large, but also strikingly elegant silhouette, look very elegant. Philodendron blushing requires only one thing - at least minimal care.

Thick Chickpea Soup with Vegetables and Egg is an easy recipe for a hearty first course inspired by Oriental cuisine. Similar thick soups are prepared in India, Morocco, and the countries of Southeast Asia. The tone is set by spices and seasonings - garlic, chili, ginger and a bouquet of spicy spices, which can be assembled to your liking. It is better to fry vegetables and spices in melted butter (ghee) or mix olive oil and butter, it's certainly not the same, but similar in taste.

Plum - well, who does not know her ?! She is loved by many gardeners. And all because it has an impressive list of varieties, surprises with excellent harvests, pleases with its variety in terms of ripening and a huge choice of color, shape and taste of fruits. Yes, somewhere she feels better, somewhere worse, but almost no summer resident refuses to grow her on her plot. Today it can be found not only in the south, in middle lane, but also in the Urals, in Siberia.

Many decorative and fruit crops, except for drought-resistant ones, suffer from the scorching sun, and conifers in the winter-spring period - from sunlight, enhanced by reflection from snow. In this article we will talk about a unique preparation for protecting plants from sunburn and droughts - Sunshet Agrosuccess. The problem is relevant for most regions of Russia. February and early March Sun rays become more active, and the plants are not yet ready for new conditions.

“Each vegetable has its own time”, and each plant has its own optimal time for planting. Anyone who has experienced planting is well aware that the hot season for planting is spring and autumn. This is due to several factors: in spring, the plants have not yet started to grow rapidly, there is no sweltering heat, and precipitation often falls. However, no matter how hard we try, circumstances often develop in such a way that landings have to be carried out at the very height of summer.

Chili con carne in Spanish means chili with meat. This is a Texan and Mexican dish whose main ingredients are chili peppers and minced beef. In addition to the main products, there are onions, carrots, tomatoes, and beans. This red lentil chili recipe is delicious! The dish is fiery, burning, very satisfying and amazingly tasty! You can cook a large pot, arrange in containers and freeze - a whole week will be a delicious dinner.

Cucumber is one of the most beloved garden crops of our summer residents. However, not all and not always gardeners manage to get a really good harvest. And although growing cucumbers requires regular attention and care, there is a little secret that will significantly increase their yield. It's about about pinching cucumbers. Why, how and when to pinch cucumbers, we will tell in the article. An important point The agricultural technique of cucumbers is their formation, or type of growth.
