By 2010, the popularity of the artist had increased due to the participation of the latter in a major online battle hip-hop.ru. In 2011, Miron released his debut album"The Eternal Yid", which brought him, among other things, the success of the GQ magazine award in the "Discovery of the Year - 2012" nomination. On account Oxxxymiron cooperation with Western musicians, including a rapper Madchild from the Swollen Members group, the Automatikk team.

Oxxxymiron is considered the first Russian-speaking performer who successfully adapted and popularized British grime.

Since 2012, Oksimiron, as a representative of the Booking Machine concert agency, has been actively touring. In March 2012, his Internet release miXXXtape I took place, which included verses of selected songs recorded by him from 2008 to 2011. In the fall of 2013, the release of “miXXXtape II: Long Way Home” saw the light of day with compositions from 2012–2013 and excerpts from Miron’s performance on the Versus Restaurateur’s rap platform, where his counterpart was Cripple. The video with this rap reading, which ended with Oksimiron's victory, became the debut entry on the official Versus Internet channel, and the number of video views exceeded four million. In April 2014, Oxxxymiron led the battle against Dunya(Alexandra Parkhomenko), and a year later, in the third season, Versus outran another rival - Johnyboy.

In August 2015, Miron's video was released for the song "Londongrad", which he created specifically for the series of the same name, starring Nikita Efremov, Ingrid Olerinskaya, Pavel Ilyin, Sergey Rost, Sergey Yushkevich, Gosha Kutsenko, Maxim Vitorgan, Ekaterina Volkova, Elena Dudina, Alika Smekhova and others. In the summer of 2016, the performer, who made a name for himself in battles, fought in a duel with rapper ST and won again.

In June 2017, Oxxxymiron was chosen as the face of the Reebok Classic brand in Russia.

In August 2017, as part of the Versus rap battle, Oksimiron confronted an equally successful opponent, a representative of the rap underground Purulent (#SlovoSPB platform). This fight was highly anticipated, since the conflict between both artists began in the summer of 2016, after the battle Ernesto Shut Up co Glory to the CPSU(Purulent), who accused Miron of hypocrisy and unwillingness to confront real MS. As a result, Fedorov challenged the offender to a battle and lost dry to Purulent (0:5). The video with the fight became incredibly resonant, the event was discussed in the press, on TV, including federal channels, and on the Web.

On October 15, 2017, at a venue in Los Angeles, Oxxxymiron fought with the American rap artist Disaster ( Bashir Yagami). For a Russian, this was the first battle in English, although Miron Fedorov knows English perfectly thanks to living in England and studying at Oxford University. During the duel, Disaster uttered phrases in Russian several times.

Since the battle was held without judges, there are no formal winners, but the audience notes that Miron spoke “thinner”, with intellectual jokes and references to the works of American classics.
