For the first time, Builder's Day was celebrated in the USSR on August 12, 1956. And it was like that. The conciseness of the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR is proof that the Builder's Day did not appear by chance, and that its appearance seemed to go without saying.
