Elena has been working in general education and art schools for more than 10 years, she works with children in a children's development center. She is sure that for the harmonious development of the child it is necessary to engage in creativity with him. Early classes in art circles and studios allow you to train hand motor skills, imagination and fantasy, educating a full and healthy personality.

The online studio “Lessons of Creativity” was created for moms and dads who want to develop their child in a creative way, but do not want to depend on the work schedule of schools and teachers. Elena Skulkina developed an original format for the development of children with the help of drawing, modeling and appliqué lessons.

Drawing lessons for children online - simple and convenient

Online gouache drawing lessons for children, applique and modeling courses take place at a convenient time. Developing video lessons for children 5 years and older can be watched at the dacha, at their grandmother's house, on vacation - wherever there is access to the Internet.

Elena Skulkina's studio presents online drawing lessons for children aged 5-6, drawing lessons for children aged 7-8, video courses for secondary school age. Depending on the age, the approach to learning changes, for example, the methodology for preschool children contains a game element so that the child does not get bored and does not lose interest in classes.

Studying according to the lessons of Elena Skulkina, you will develop spatial thinking and imagination in your child, put him on the path of creative growth. All you need for lessons is internet access, free time and accessories.

  • Do you like to study together, but do not know how to help your kid in creative development?
  • How to teach a child to draw without harming, without repulsing the desire to create?
  • How to make drawing lessons as useful and interesting as possible for a child?

Or maybe leave everything as it is?Let him draw for his pleasure, how can he?

Everything that does not develop in this world dies, and creativity too...

At some point, the child realizes that he has reached his perfection in “smearing” and “scribbling”, which means that interest in this matter has been exhausted.

But you can't learn anything either. Try it, come up to the child and say: "Now you will learn to draw a goat." - " What kind of goat? Why goat? I had a great life without a goat before that!" How many lessons in my first class just failed. The kids turned around and went about their business. Until I learned to "speak" their language. And it's different for every age.

Hello, my name isElena Skulkina

I had to look for information from the outside: the Internet, video tutorials and photo tutorials, master classes, books - all this was just heaps. It would seem that everything is ready, take it and work. You take a book - bright, beautiful, and the task seems to be simple, you go to a lesson, but it fails. The kids just can't handle it. I was trying to figure out what was the matter.

After a while, with experience, I realized that the same task, you need to adjust to the age of the child. You will probably agree: what a child of 10 years old can do with ease, for a five-year-old turns out to be an impossible task. And what is useful for the baby and interesting job, for a teenager - a waste of time.

Note, what books or master classes indicated age t for which tasks are calculated. Yes, and the pictures are printed there, made by the artist or even on a computer. This is how a loving mother will buy such a book for her baby, and the result will be far from “bookish”.

So I used to have “failed” lessons, I just didn’t know:

That a child at 4 years old not enough strength to put pressure on the wax crayon so that later this line is not painted over with watercolor.

Or that children under 5 years old tend to experiment with paints. During the first 5 minutes of the lesson, the girl mixed all the colors from the new set of gouache, simply picking them out with her finger. OOO... I just held her hands then and didn't know what to do.

Or that after the phrase "today we will learn to draw" the children just turn around and start doing their own thing.

It seemed to me that children under 7 years old are just aliens or inhabitants of a parallel world. I even wanted to stop working with kids.

But not everything is so tragic, there were successes that inspired. When the kids didn't want to leave. When mothers came and said that all week the child was just waiting for Tuesday - the next lesson.

One way or another, now my favorite age for classes is children from 3 to 8 years old. The most beautiful thing for me is that it is at this age that children love to learn so much, they believe in fairy tales and miracles. They don't yet know what they can and can't do. And therefore they can do anything, it is only necessary to create the appropriate conditions for this.

Until the age of 4, children do not draw in our understanding. They are rather small experimenters. Therefore, in order for the child to wait for your classes, become a magician! At each lesson, some new "chip" should appear, new material, a way of drawing, a tool, even draw upside down.

But there is one “but”: you need to understand why you are doing this, what exactly the child will learn useful for this lesson. Such exploratory drawing will push the boundaries of what is possible. The child is left with the impression that there is always something unexplored, there is still something to learn.

Expand the boundaries of what is possible.

Right now, at the age of up to 5 years, children are just beginning to learn how to manage various tools, and with their own hands too. They are interested in everything, and they are ready to experiment. But if we offer only a brush and a felt-tip pen, we will greatly narrow the horizons of future creativity.

Suggest for work as many tools, materials, techniques, techniques as possible. This will help reduce the fear of everything unknown, and also make it easier to navigate in new situations, develops the imagination.

Offer as much as you can more objects for the image; consider illustrations and real objects, analyze, compare. This broadens the horizon and helps to understand that the world is limitless in its diversity.

However, creativity without knowledge turns into pampering, therefore, be sure to introduce children to the primary colors: red, white, black, blue, yellow, green. Moreover, we teach them to mix and get new shades, to admire the color.

It is difficult for children at this age to draw even simple geometric figures. They just don't technically understand how to do it. Therefore, it is quite acceptable, at first, to use templates, stencils, starting points. But all this should not be a direct guide to action, but only a small hint around which the child himself can create his own image in accordance with his temperament, mood, author's idea.

Examples of children's drawings. One lesson, but the work is different

Works of children from 3 to 5 years

How to captivate a child with creativity?

Somewhere from 4 years old“drawing to draw” is no longer interesting. Children begin to listen, engage in reasoning, they want to understand the meaning of what is happening(if I may say so). Often I hear such motivators from parents: “to make it beautiful”, “so that someone (grandmother, dad) likes it.” But they rarely work and with a stretch. Until the age of 7, children live in an invented, fascinating world, and the opinion of others on their work does not bother them so far (and this is good). Listen, in their drawings, children talk about something, travel somewhere. Embark on this fabulous journey with them.

The general idea is this: somewhere far away there is a fairy-tale country where all fairy-tale characters live and all drawings, crafts, toys come to life. Fairy-tale heroes see what is happening in this world, but they cannot influence it. Ordinary people they don’t even suspect the existence of the world of a fairy tale, and artists seem to be like intermediaries, they can communicate with fairy tale characters and with real people.

So, in a fairy tale, life goes on as usual, but troubles happen: someone is sad because there are no friends at all; someone is cold; someone will not have a harvest. And with all these misfortunes, the fabulous inhabitants themselves, by no means, can cope. I invite children to help - for those who are sad, draw friends; if it's cold, draw summer, etc.

Children lively respond to this request, try throughout the lesson. Do not forget to remember only at the end why you did all this, whom you helped and what you learned along the way.

I am glad to present you my video drawing course for children 3-6 years old."SPRINGS OF CREATIVITY"

To do this, you will go with your children on amazing fairy-tale adventures, where, while drawing, you will find new friends, build cities and learn a lot of new and interesting things.

You will see that the world of creativity is limitless

To do this, each lesson will be new materials, tools, techniques, techniques. Each lesson will be a surprise for the child.

Lessons are designed to instill confidence in their creative abilities.

For this, various tips, templates, stencils, starting points are used. Based on them, the child is already able to draw his own story.

Lessons teach you to invent, create something new, your own

To do this, even when using templates, the child always has a choice of which one to take large or small, round or oval, what color to draw and on which side of the sheet.

Classes contribute to the development of imagination

To do this, at the end of the lesson, we come up with names for the drawn characters, describe their character and mood, and come up with a story.

What is inside?

In each part you will find:

1. Video, where I go into detail about all necessary tools and lesson materials.

Step by step, in an interesting fairy-tale form, I explain the whole task. Draw just by looking at the screen, or use my story and conduct classes with your child on your own.

2. Visualization for the lesson. These pictures can be looked at before or after class, they give a more complete picture of the world around.

3. Examples of children's work. Some parents expect perfect drawings from their children. In this section, I show that all children are different and each one has his own drawings.
