State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education “Samara State Regional University (Nayanova)” (SGOUN) was created by the administration of the Samara region in 1988. The university is the same age as Perestroika - it is an experimental platform, it is the first educational institution of continuous education of a comprehensive type in Russia; his experimental materials formed the basis of the Concept of modernization of Russian education for the period until 2010 (National Doctrine of Education in the Russian Federation). SGOUN is a university laboratory, the only author's higher educational institution in Russia.

SGOUN is a budgetary educational institution that provides training at all levels of education (from preschool to postgraduate) inclusive and has all the necessary licenses (license for educational activities No. 001123 registration No. 1118 dated 02/03/2009, valid 02/03/2014), state certification and accreditation (No. 1822 dated 03/11/2009, valid 02/03/2014) Forms of study at SGOUN full-time and part-time, including postgraduate studies and faculties: mathematical, philosophical, chemical-biological, economic, legal, management, international relations , arts, initial university training, basic general and additional education. The university focuses its students on education that is not limited by any national or ideological framework, i.e. capable of forming a Russian-Man of the World, a competitive young specialist, ready for professional decision-making in a changing reality, with a fundamental scientific base and the ability to implement acquired knowledge in the process of solving practical problems, fluent in foreign languages ​​and the latest information technologies. A Russian Man of Peace is a physically and morally healthy, highly educated citizen of his country, capable of worthy representing Russia in any linguistic and cultural environment, and actively contributing to the formation of a positive image of Russia in the world.

By 2008, SGOUN carried out 17 high school graduations, 14 full higher school graduations (the number of diplomas with honors consistently exceeds 60%) and 4 postgraduate studies (66% of candidate dissertation defenses). The university cooperates with 33 international organizations and institutions. By the age of 23, 30% of graduates received a second diploma from a partner university abroad: in the USA, France, Ireland and the UK, some defend their PhD theses in Russia and Ph.D. abroad.

SGOUN students are repeated winners of Olympiads, sports competitions and competitions at the city, regional, Russian and international levels. For example, for the first time in the history of the Samara Province, students of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science reached the finals of the International Championship in Informatics (Los Angeles) and took a prize, leaving behind St. Petersburg University, Harvard, etc.; became World Champions in Debating (Poland); took 1st place at the International Literary Championship (Japan). In international sports competitions, the University has an honorable place in the niche of “small” and extreme forms: among us there are 9-time World Champions, for example in Universal combat. There are many victories in the field of arts: at international festivals, in popular Russian competitions, including in the finals of the “Star Factory”, etc.

Already in 1999, SGOUN was among the 12 best universities in Russia and according to the ratings of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and the Career magazine, it was awarded government and public awards. The created and operating educational model is of practical interest, since all stages of lifelong education have been implemented today. In addition, it represents the experience of meaningfully solving those problems that occur during the transition from one educational level to another. Thanks to this established system, it became possible to reduce the overall duration of training and, as a result, to rejuvenate a certified specialist, both for science and for the Russian and international labor market as a whole:

At 19-20 years old - a diploma of higher education;

22-23 years – PhD degree;

When choosing the option to participate in international programs:

21-22 years old – foreign diploma of higher education;

24-25 years old – Candidate of Sciences and PhD degrees.

The main feature of the academy is the concept of developmental continuous education. Each stage corresponds to the levels of educational programs (preschool, primary general, basic general, secondary general). From 1993 to 2018, the academy implemented higher education and postgraduate programs.

Story

The educational institution was founded in 1988 as a laboratory for psychological and pedagogical research at. On May 15, 1989 it was transformed into a basic laboratory school of the Kuibyshev State Pedagogical Institute named after. V.V. Kuibyshev at school No. 53, Samara district. On February 14, 1990, it was transformed into the College at the Samara Scientific Center of the USSR Academy of Sciences.

From 1990 to 1999, SMUN was an experimental site of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. By decision of the Board of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation No. 15/2 dated June 22, 1999, the UN experience was approved and proposed for distribution throughout the country.

In 1992, college students participated in the formation of humanitarian cargo for the Europe-America-500 space flight project.

On July 13, 1993, it was transformed into the Samara municipal complex of continuing education “Nayanova University”. At the same time, the higher level working in higher education programs and the first five faculties were opened.

In 2003, the university tied for 21st place in the global finals of the International Student Programming Olympiad.

On November 7, 2008, having returned to the subordination of the regional education system, it was transformed into the “Samara State Regional University (Nayanova)”. On July 26, 2010, it was transformed into the Samara State Regional Academy (Nayanova).

In 2013, the Moscow Center for Continuing Mathematical Education and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation included the academy in the list of TOP 500 best schools in Russia.

In accordance with Rosobrnadzor order No. 1341 dated October 1, 2018, the Nayanova Academy was deprived of state accreditation for all higher education and postgraduate programs. Due to this deprivation, university students receiving higher education (bachelors, specialists, masters and graduate students) were transferred to study at other state universities (mainly SamSTU and Samara University). According to the Minister of Education of the Samara Region, Viktor Akopyan, as of February 2019, the Academy is in the process of being transformed into a general educational institution for working with gifted children.

On May 1, 2019, by decree of the government of the Samara region, the academy was transformed and received a new name “State budgetary non-standard educational institution of the Samara region “Academy for Gifted Children (Nayanova)”.

The international cooperation

The Academy participates in the volunteer exchange program - “Swallows” / International cultural youth exchange.

The Academy is part of the language network of partner universities of the French Embassy.

The Academy participates in the bilingual schools program under the auspices of the French Ministry of Education and the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development.

Since 2011, the academy has been part of the UNESCO Associated Schools network.

Publications

From the very beginning of its existence, the Academy published a magazine, which was initially called “College”, and then was renamed “University Prospect”.

Since 2000, the academy has published a newspaper for French language learners - Fran cité. The newspaper is recommended by the cultural department of the French Embassy in Russia.

Since 2005, the Academy has been publishing a collection of reports from students and teachers, participants in the annual scientific and practical conference “Science. Creativity.", taking place in early April.

Admission conditions

The State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "Samara State Regional Academy (Nayanova)" (hereinafter referred to as the Academy) admits citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens and stateless persons living in the territory of the Russian Federation.

In accordance with the Charter of the Academy and the current license, in the 2016/2017 academic year, admission is carried out for the following educational programs implemented at the Academy:

  1. - general education (II-IV educational stages in accordance with the Charter of the Academy) according to the programs of primary general, basic general, secondary general education;
  2. - higher education (V educational stage in accordance with the Charter of the Academy) in undergraduate programs:

Admission to basic general education programs is carried out at places of study at the expense of budgetary allocations from the budget of the Samara region.

Admission to higher education programs - bachelor's degree programs, master's programs, postgraduate training programs for scientific and pedagogical personnel - is carried out locally within the admission target figures at the expense of budgetary allocations from the budget of the Samara region (hereinafter referred to as budget places) and to places under educational agreements, concluded upon admission to study at the expense of individuals and (or) legal entities (hereinafter, respectively, extra-budgetary places; agreements on the provision of paid educational services).

The following quotas are allocated for budget places in undergraduate programs:

  • quota for admission to bachelor's degree programs and specialty programs at the expense of budgetary allocations for disabled children, disabled people of groups I and II, disabled people from childhood, disabled people due to military injury or illness received during military service, which, according to the conclusion of the federal medical and social institution The examination does not contraindicate education in relevant educational organizations for orphans and children without parental care, as well as persons from among orphans and children without parental care (hereinafter referred to as the special quota). A special quota is established by the Academy in the amount of no less than 10% of the total volume of control figures allocated to the Academy for 2016 for each specialty and (or) area of ​​training;
  • target admission quota for training (hereinafter referred to as the target quota).

The number of students admitted to the Academy for basic general education programs is determined depending on the number of applications submitted and the conditions created for the implementation of the educational process, taking into account the sanitary standards and control standards specified in the license.

Target numbers for admission to higher education programs are established by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Samara Region. The founder takes into account the results of analytical studies to study the demand and supply in the labor market for specialists in various areas of training at the Academy, presented by the rector. Within the framework of the admission target figures, separately for each educational program, by order of the Academy Rector, the number of places for admission of persons continuing their studies in continuing education programs (who have completed the IV educational stage) is determined.

The number of extra-budgetary places is determined by order of the rector of the Academy separately for

each educational program, for each form of education. At the same time, the total number of students at the Academy should not exceed the number of students established in the license for educational activities.

Admission is carried out to the first grades (II educational stage in accordance with the Charter of the Academy), to the first year of undergraduate and graduate programs (V educational stage in accordance with the Charter of the Academy), to graduate school (VI educational stage in accordance with the Charter of the Academy) of the Academy upon applications applicants or their legal representatives. If there are vacant places of study in basic general education programs, the admissions committee announces admission to the appropriate educational stages (III-IV in accordance with the Charter of the Academy), in the corresponding classes.

The Academy's primary general education programs (II educational stage) accept children aged six years and six months in the absence of contraindications for health reasons, but no later than they reach eight years of age and are ready to master the general education programs of primary general education implemented at the Academy. In exceptional cases, at the request of parents (legal representatives), the Academy may accept children of an earlier age with the permission of the founders.

Admission of citizens to the Academy is carried out upon the personal application of the parents (legal representatives) of the child upon presentation of the original document certifying the identity of the parent (legal representative), or the original document certifying the identity of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation in accordance with Art. 10 of the Federal Law of July 25, 2002 No. 115 - Federal Law “On the legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation.”

The number of students admitted to the Academy for the second educational stage is determined depending on the number of applications submitted by citizens and the conditions created for the implementation of the educational process, taking into account the sanitary standards and control standards specified in the license.

At the III-IV educational stages of the Academy, children are accepted who are ready to master the programs of basic general and secondary general education implemented at the Academy, subject to the availability of vacancies.

Persons with secondary general education are allowed to study bachelor's degree programs. Persons with higher education of any level are allowed to study master's programs. Persons with an education of at least higher education (specialist's or master's degree) are allowed to master training programs for scientific and pedagogical personnel in graduate school.

The applicant submits a document certifying education at the appropriate level (hereinafter referred to as the document of the established form):

  • a document on education or on education and qualifications of the sample established by the federal executive body exercising the functions of developing state policy and legal regulation in the field of education, or by the federal executive body performing the functions of developing state policy and legal regulation in the healthcare sector, or a federal executive body exercising the functions of developing state policy and legal regulation in the field of culture;
  • a state-issued document on the level of education or on the level of education and qualifications received before January 1, 2014 (a document on primary vocational education confirming receipt of secondary (complete) general education, and a document on primary vocational education received on the basis of secondary (complete) general education ) general education are equivalent to a document on secondary vocational education);
  • -a document on education and qualifications of the sample established by the federal

  • document on education or education and qualifications issued by a private organization carrying out educational activities on the territory of the Skolkovo innovation center, in accordance with Art. 17 Federal Law of September 28, 2010 N 244-FZ “On the Skolkovo Innovation Center”;
  • document (documents) of a foreign state on education or on education and qualifications, if the education indicated in it is recognized in the Russian Federation at the level of the corresponding education (hereinafter referred to as the document of a foreign state on education).

Studying in the following educational programs of higher education is a second or subsequent higher education:

  • for bachelor's degree programs - by persons who have a bachelor's degree, a specialist's diploma or a master's degree;
  • for master's programs - by persons who have a specialist's diploma or a master's degree (with the exception of persons who have a higher professional education, confirmed by the assignment of the qualification “certified specialist”);
  • for training programs for scientific and pedagogical personnel - by persons who have completed a postgraduate (adjunct) diploma or a candidate of sciences diploma.

Admission to study of these persons is possible for extra-budgetary places, if such places are available in the relevant educational programs.

Admission to higher education programs is carried out on a competitive basis for all categories of places. The conditions for admission to study in basic professional educational programs guarantee respect for the right to education and enrollment from among applicants who have the appropriate level of education, the most capable and prepared to master the educational program of the appropriate level and the appropriate focus.

Admission to undergraduate programs is carried out on the basis of the results of the Unified State Exam (hereinafter referred to as the Unified State Exam), assessed on a 100-point scale, recognized as the results of entrance tests, and (or) based on the results of entrance tests conducted by the Academy independently in the cases established by these Rules. Admission to master's programs and postgraduate training programs for scientific and pedagogical personnel is carried out based on the results of entrance examinations, the list of which is established and conducted by the Academy independently.

In accordance with clause 2.2 of these Rules, the following have the right to admission without entrance examinations to undergraduate programs:

  • winners and prize-winners of the final stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren (hereinafter referred to as the winners and prize-winners of the All-Russian Olympiad), members of national teams of the Russian Federation who participated in international Olympiads in general education subjects and formed in the manner established by the federal executive body exercising the functions of developing state policy and normative - legal regulation in the field of education (hereinafter referred to as members of national teams of the Russian Federation), in specialties and (or) areas of training corresponding to the profile of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren or an international Olympiad - for 4 years following the year of the corresponding Olympiad;
  • winners and prize-winners of the IV stage of all-Ukrainian student Olympiads, members of national teams of Ukraine participating in international Olympiads in general education subjects - for 4 years following the year of the corresponding Olympiad, if the specified winners, prize-winners and members of national teams are among:
  1. persons who are recognized as citizens of the Russian Federation in accordance with “Part 1 of Article 4” of the Federal Constitutional Law of March 21, 2014 N 6-FKZ “On the admission of the Republic of Crimea to the Russian Federation and the formation of new entities within the Russian Federation - the Republic of Crimea and the city federal significance of Sevastopol" (hereinafter referred to as persons recognized as citizens);
  2. persons who are citizens of the Russian Federation, permanently residing on the day of admission to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea on the territory of the Republic of Crimea or on the territory of the federal city of Sevastopol, and studied in accordance with the state standard and (or) curriculum of general secondary education, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as persons permanently residing in the territory of Crimea);
  • champions and prize-winners of the Olympic Games, Paralympic Games and Deaflympic Games, world champions, European champions, persons who took first place at the World Championship, European Championship in sports included in the programs of the Olympic Games, Paralympic Games and Deaflympic Games (hereinafter referred to as champions (prize-winners) ) in the field of sports), in specialties and (or) areas of training in the field of physical education and sports.

The Academy accepts students for undergraduate and graduate programs under the following admission conditions:

  • separately for full-time and part-time forms of education;
  • separately for undergraduate and graduate programs depending on their focus (profile) in accordance with the rules specified in clause 1.14 of these Rules.

For each set of admission conditions, separate lists of applicants are formed and separate competitions are held on the following grounds for admission to study (hereinafter referred to as the grounds for admission):

1) for budget places:

  • for places within a special quota;
  • for places within the target quota;
  • for places within the target figures minus the special quota and the target quota (hereinafter referred to as the main places within the target figures);

2) for extra-budgetary places.

The Academy holds a single competition for persons enrolling in undergraduate programs at various levels of education under the same conditions for admission and the same reasons for admission.

Admission to postgraduate programs for training scientific and pedagogical personnel is carried out under the following set of conditions:

  • separately for full-time and part-time forms of study;
  • for each program within the scope of training in accordance with clause 1.14 of these Rules;
  • separately for budgetary places and extra-budgetary places;
  • separately for budget places according to the general competition and for places within the target admission quota.

Admission to study, depending on the focus (profile) of educational programs of higher education, is carried out for bachelor's programs for each bachelor's degree program within the field of study, for master's programs for each master's program within the field of study, for training programs for scientific and pedagogical personnel in graduate school for each program within the area of ​​training.

The concept of education at the academy is based on a model of developmental continuous education, which includes 7 stages. Each stage corresponds to the levels of educational programs (preschool, primary general, basic general, secondary general, higher basic, postgraduate, doctoral). All programs are compiled on the basis of state educational standards. In addition to a state diploma of higher professional education, graduates can receive a diploma in the specialty “Translator in the field of professional communication.”

The permanent rector of the university, since its foundation, has been Marina Venediktovna Nayanova. All classes at the university level are conducted in the second of three buildings. Groups, by analogy with the school level, have class names. Also, by analogy with a school, letter designations are used to identify the faculty of study.

Name

The educational institution, founded in 1988 as “Samara College”, received a new status and name in 1993 - “Samara Municipal Nayanova University”. With the transition to regional subordination in 2008, the name changed to “Samara State Regional University (Nayanova)”. On August 12, 2010, the university transferred to the status of an academy: “Samara State Regional Academy (Nayanova).”
