This long-awaited feature will allow users to review their battles to identify tactical errors, relive the joy of their first victory, and create beautiful screenshots and interesting videos.

What is a replay?

A replay is a recording made using the game client that allows you to replay recent battles. An important feature of the replay is the insignificant consumption of system resources during its recording, as well as a small size compared to video files shot by third-party programs: every second, not the image from the screen is recorded, but data on the location of the tanks of both teams and their actions. This allows you to freely move the camera around the battlefield while watching the replay, watching the players from any angle.

How to record a replay?

First you need to enable replay recording. You can do this by clicking on a special tab with a video camera icon located in the main window of the hangar on the left. A record management window will open, at the bottom of which you will need to click the "Record battles" button.

The fact that the function has been activated, you will be notified by the red indicator on the button to enable it. The same indicator will be displayed in the upper left corner of the screen during the battle and on the replays tab in the hangar. If recording has been enabled, at the end of each battle the game will automatically create a new replay file.

How to view replay?

You can view the replays in the Project Armata game client by clicking on the tab with the video camera icon in the hangar. All recorded battles are displayed in a list with the name of the map, the date of shooting and other information. Select the battle you are interested in and click "Play". You can also rename files or delete them with the corresponding buttons.

In addition, the selection window presents Additional Information about the composition of the teams.

Where are replays stored?

Replays are placed by default in C:\Users\%username%\Saved Games\ArmoredWarfare\123456789\Recordings\, where 123456789 is your account's digital ID. You can open it by clicking on a special button in the battle records management window.

Don't forget to turn off the replay recording feature to avoid running out of space on your hard drive with the game!

You also need to remember that recordings are saved locally on the computer on which they were created.

To view other people's replays, you must record at least one of your own fights. After that, the Recordings folder will appear in the C:\Users\%username%\Saved Games\ArmoredWarfare\123456789\ directory (where 123456789 is the digital identifier of your account). It is in it that your replays will be stored, here you will also need to place records from other players in order to view them in the client. You can open the folder with the help in the replay management window.

To demonstrate the replay to another player, find in this folder a file with a name corresponding to the date and time of recording the desired battle (for example, 2016-03-24 161540.awr).

To view, you need to place the resulting file in your Recordings folder. Now you can see the record in the client!

• Wheel diameter - the use of discs with a larger diameter is possible, while improving the car's handling and its appearance. As a matter of fact, it is also possible to reduce the diameter of the rim, which leads to a reduction in the weight of unsprung masses, an improvement in ride comfort, and saving money on buying smaller rims and tires (as a rule, this is a winter option).
• Disk offset (ET) - changing this size by more than 5 mm is not desirable (unless, of course, you have a goal to tune your car), because. when the wheel offset changes, the track of the car also changes. And this can already lead to a deterioration in handling, an increased load on the car's suspension parts (on wheel bearings in particular), and can also lead to the wheel touching the car's arches or suspension parts when cornering or under load.
• The central hole - serves primarily to accurately align the axis of rotation of the wheel and the axis of rotation of the hub of the vehicle when installing a disk on it. It may be of a different size. Bringing the size in line is achieved by selecting special adapters - adapter rings, which are made of plastic or aluminum. It is quite safe and will not lead to any undesirable consequences.
• Rim width - usually needs to be changed when moving to a wider tire.
