You can swear at me, but there is no desire to test a knife on food. It is quite suitable for cutting chicken, slicing sausages and peeling potatoes. But that's not what Mick Strider created it for. I don't like it when men do the kitchen work. Therefore, we will cut a walnut branch, this is a more worthy test for a knife.

The blade bites into the wood well, I cut a 3cm thick branch in 2min.50sec.

The handle pressed my hand very hard, the notch was as evil as a she-wolf. The sharp angle of the handle pommel also made itself felt. But besides this, the selection of the frame also distinguished itself, the sharp corner of which knocks the little finger very well.

The next thing I cut with this knife was some kind of thick reinforced hose. Very dense and sticky.

When cutting this hose, it is initially very difficult to cut with a pull, the knife literally sticks to the rubber, you have to push it until the upper wall is cut through and then you can cut with a pull. Due to the thick mixing and action of the blade, this job is not very easy to do. I made three cuts. Pushing a knife through rubber is hard, but cutting is much easier.

This time, the hilt strongly wrinkled the palm, at the base of the index finger.

By the way, with a knife you can cut thin branches well with such a grip.

What can I say, the steel sat down after the nut. The knife cuts wood not badly, despite the brittleness. The build of the blade is good, but the fact that the handle is very tight is a highly tactful idea of Mick Strider, the Chinese have nothing to do with it. Although this blade is not for my hand, I like it, a good, solid piece.
Compared to other knives

To summarize, as you can see, this is a crowbar, strong enough, but not for heavy work, since the very angular handle rumples the hand, for something simple it is quite suitable. The workmanship for this price is good, the only thing that failed was the lock. The Chinese have done well. This knife is not a full sized Strider knockoff, smaller than Mick's large knives and larger than the smallest Strider fold. I showed you the knife, and the conclusion, as usual, is up to you.
