1. Dip the bag of rice in boiling salted water and cook according to package instructions until tender (about 15 minutes).

3. In the meantime, cut the peeled pumpkin pulp into small cubes, put in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and sugar, mix. Spread the butter on top, cut into pieces (about half the amount indicated in the recipe), and put in the microwave for 6 minutes.

4. Remove the bag of rice from the water, open it, pour it over the cooked pumpkin pieces and mix gently. Add your favorite spices to taste that you feel can complement the flavor and aroma of the pumpkin. It can be ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg and similar seasonings.

5. Lubricate the form (preferably detachable), in which you will bake the cake, with butter and cover with baking paper.

6. Roll out the thawed dough in the form of two circles - larger and smaller. The smaller circle in diameter should correspond to the size of the form, and the diameter of the larger one should take into account the sides.
