Mix flour with baking powder and sift into butter mixture. Knead the dough using the shortbread dough hooks. Add the mashed banana to the batter and beat everything together with the biscuit attachments.

Whisk the egg whites until stiff and gently fold into the batter.

Preheat oven to 180C.

Lubricate the crown-shaped form with vegetable oil. Put the dough in a mold and bake in the middle of the oven for 1 hour 15 minutes. Leave in the switched off oven for another 10-15 minutes.

Transfer the finished biscuit to a dish.

Heat apricot jam over low heat. Using a pastry brush, grease the top, inner and side surfaces of the cake with jam.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Make sure that no water gets into the chocolate. Spread melted chocolate over apricot jam. It will take about an hour for the chocolate to harden.

This cake is great for decorating. While the chocolate has not hardened, various patterns of nuts and candied fruits suitable for the occasion can be laid on top. The cake looks simply amazing with candles burning on it in a circle.

When I need to organize my thoughts and ideas, I bake cookies that are cut out with cookie cutters. When I have not coped with the next technical device, I take out a waffle iron - it is always submissive to me. When I need to calm down internally, I bake muffins. Tune in for a holiday - cakes. Such a kind of baking therapy is obtained.
