When moving along the guide tubes, the carriage may have a skew (vertical deviation) of 1-2 degrees as a result of the formation of gaps between the rollers and the guide tubes.

When lowering the load, it is necessary to rotate the winch handles towards you (from top to bottom). At the same time, the textolite washers will release the ratchet wheel from the clamp, since the gear wheel, rotating, moves along the shaft thread in the other direction. In this case, the carriage with the load falls freely.

When operating the lift, the following conditions must be observed: do not allow grease to get on the side surfaces of the textolite washers, gear wheel and ratchet wheel of the winch; the winch ratchet must be engaged with the ratchet wheel; before starting loading operations, it is necessary to tighten the cargo rope using a lanyard to prevent slipping of the turns on the winch drum, as well as to obtain gaps between the brake shoes and guide pipes.
