Grade 5 students took part in staged fairy tales in English "The Mitten" and "The Wolf and the Seven Kids". Christmas and New Year holidays are approaching, teachers are developing entertaining activities for students. The purpose of this development is to help the teacher in preparing entertaining quiz games for students of different age groups.

Quiz game: "Christmas and New Year in Great Britain and America"

The group of children is divided into two teams. On the board is a table with five categories. There are ten questions in each category.

Teams draw lots. The first team chooses a category. The teacher reads 10 questions to the team, for each question the team receives a score, which is recorded in the table. If the team finds it difficult to answer, the opposing team can answer and get a point. The fifth category is for teams to answer in turn (to get additional points).
