The appetizer is decorated with fresh parsley and immediately served to guests.
Ingredients: 230 g of pork liver, 90 g of fresh champignons, 2 small onions, 160 g of potatoes, carrots and pickled cucumbers, 3 boiled chicken eggs, salt, a mixture of colored ground peppers, classic mayonnaise.
It will take a couple of hours to soak the snack in a cool place.
Ingredients: a pound of fresh (not frozen!) Mushrooms, 7 peas of allspice, 1 small. spoon of special mixed seasoning for Korean carrots, 5 t. fresh garlic, 1 large spoon of any vegetable oil, the same amount of classic soy sauce, bay leaf, salt.
After mixing, the appetizer is closed with a lid and sent to the cold all night.
