  • If you don’t like carrots, replace them with sweet peppers - 1 pc. medium size. Cut it into small cubes.
  • You can also include pumpkin up to 100 grams. Keep in mind that vegetables add juice to the casserole, so don't get carried away.

How to cook.

Cut the onion into quarter rings. Three large carrots on a regular grater. Press the garlic with a knife, laying it flat on the clove. This will allow you to chop the garlic quickly. We need small cubes.

Heat a frying pan with oil. Add the garlic, a couple of movements with a spatula to distribute the garlic throughout the pan, and you can add the onion. Fry vegetables over high heat for 1 minute.


Add carrot shavings and continue frying for 2-3 minutes. Stir constantly.
